The Brain (or more likely “the Nose”) of the operation. He’s an experienced cask broker and supporter of independent bottlers. While working for a distributor in Poland, he developed a strong understanding of the Polish market and engaged in local networks. Mikołaj would never say “no” to a nutty-sweet dram or a pint of red ale.
Co-founder of Unique Spirits. An engineer who loves winter sports and motorcycles, and is a huge fan of Formula 1. Along with Wojciech, they own a robotic programming company which improves car factories around the world. Regarding whisky, his heart used to belong to old big boys (Port Ellen, Brora, Imperial and Rosebank). But now he enjoys more funky rums like Springbank or Bunnahabhain.
Co-founder of Unique Spirits. An engineer and a huge fan of classic rock and jazz. He is interested in all things unique and rare and harbours a collector’s passion. He’s a dog person who’s crazy about his toy poodle. He enjoys smokey whisky: good old Bowmore is his favourite.
Financial Director and the heart of the company. She is an experienced event organizer and manager who enjoys activities that go against the grain of gender norms. Thanks to her husband, Wojciech, she discovered the world of whisky. She enjoys a dram of smoky bourbon cask-aged Islay.
Mr Lis as he likes to call him. Graduated Production Systems Engineer with a soft spot for whisky distilleries. Quality goods & slow-life enthusiast. Keen chess player and coffee drinker.
