Sherry-forward profile: dense texture, dark chocolate, dried fruits, orange peel and spice, with a coastal saline edge and a light tannic grip from the wood. “Dziady” refers to a Slavic ritual of summoning ancestral spirits, where offerings were made in exchange for favour and protection.
